The Cliff Street Bridge, which connects Cedros Avenue and Highway 101, will be complete with brand new lights by Thursday, September 24! The Rosa Street Bridge is next on the list, with construction starting on Tuesday, September 29. This project involves replacing all existing outdated and corroded metal light fixtures with new stainless-steel LED fixtures that will be painted to match the color of the bridges.
During construction, there will be work zones secured with barriers, but pedestrian access will remain open at all times.
While work is underway, there may be periods during nighttime hours when only certain sections of the bridge lighting are operational.
Use caution when traveling on the bridge and surrounding areas.
