Submit Highway Requests to Caltrans

Solana Beach Public Works team has noticed that some requests submitted through the City of Solana Beach MyCivic app fall under Caltrans' jurisdiction. Although the Public Works team has been redirecting these requests, submitting a request directly to the Caltrans Online Portal means that residents can track the progress themselves.
Caltrans covers maintenance of California's highway and freeway lanes, while cities and counties manage local roads.
Below are the links and steps for submitting a customer service request to Caltrans. One a request is submitted, the resident will receive an email from Caltrans confirming receipt of the request, followed by another email once the issue has been addressed and the request has been completed.
