Solana Beach Clothing Swap at World Kindness Day!
Refresh your wardrobe and come swap with the City of Solana Beach! The City will be hosting another community clothing swap this fall to encourage sustainable fashion and prevent clothing from ending up in the landfill at this year's annual World Kindness Day celebration.
Join us on Saturday, November 14th from 10 AM - 2 PM at the lawn outside the Fletcher Cove Community Center (133 Pacific Ave, Solana Beach, CA 92075) with your good-condition items to meet new people, chat with the community and explore all that World Kindness Day has to offer!
How the Clothing Swap Will Work
Please bring up to 15 new or gently used items to City Hall the week before the clothing swap, or bring them directly to Fletcher Cove on the day of the event, to participate. Participants may take items regardless of how many pieces they donated!
-
After 1:00 PM, the Clothing Swap will open to the general public and anyone can come in and take items.
We encourage participants to drop off clothing up to two weeks prior, between November 2nd - 13th at City Hall during work hours (8 AM - 5 PM, Veterans Day excluded). Let staff at the front desk know you are here for the clothing swap, and a sustainability staff member will meet you in the Lobby to collect your items and give you a ticket to let us know you donated for the event day.
Please fill out this form to let us know you are coming!

Please feel free to bring any extra hangers you may have with your items! They will be greatly appreciated.
