Saturday Morning Road Closures for La Jolla Half Marathon

Several Road Closures are scheduled along the coast for the La Jolla Half Marathon on Saturday, May 16^th from about 6:30 AM to 8:30 AM. The Half Marathon begins at the Del Mar Fairgrounds and ends in La Jolla.

No vehicles will be able to access roads and areas west of the race route. Residents are encouraged to plan ahead and should expect some traffic impacts in the surrounding areas during this time.

Road closures include:

• Jimmy Durante Boulevard
• Via de la Valle from Jimmy Durante Boulevard to Highway 101
• Southbound Camino del Mar from Via de la Valle to Coast Boulevard
• Coast Boulevard from Camino del Mar to 15^th Street
• Ocean Avenue from 15^th Street to 13^th Street
• 13^th Street from Ocean Avenue to Pacific Lane
• Pacific Lane from 13^th Street to 12^th Street
• 12^th Street from Pacific Lane to Stratford Court
• Stratford Court from 12^th Street to 4^th Street
• 4^th Street from Stratford Court to Camino del Mar
• Camino del Mar from 4^th Street to Carmel Valley Road
