Nominations for 2026 Friends of Solana Beach Library Board of Directors

The Friends of Solana Beach Library will hold its Annual Membership Meeting on Tuesday, June 30, 2026 for the purpose of electing Officers to the Board of Directors and other appropriate business. 

A Nominating Committee has been selected to develop a recommended slate of candidates:

Secretary, Dana Friehauf (Chairperson)
Director, Kim Kleber
Community Member, Nicolle Selby-Thomas

The Friends of Solana Beach Library is soliciting nominations from their membership. The officers to be elected are President, Vice President, and two (2) Directors-at-Large. They are also seeking a dynamic candidate(s) with solid marketing skills, including content creation, social media management, graphic design, and/or campaign planning, to support communications and outreach.

Please email your nomination to Dana Friehauf, Chairperson, as dana.friehauf@friendsofsolanabeachlibrary.org. The submittal must include the nominee's full name, phone number, and/or email address and the office for which they are being nominated. Nominees must be a member of the Friends of Solana Beach Library and agree to being nominated.

The nominations will be accepted through Friday, April 17, 2026. In addition nominations may be made from the floor during the Annual Meeting.
